1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ntsm.mov, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Services Provided
ntsm.mov provides digital media services including, but not limited to, custom web development, professional photography, cinematic videography, and social media management. Detailed deliverables, timelines, and costs are agreed upon in specific project contracts.
3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified in a formal contract, a deposit is required prior to the commencement of any project. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as structured in milestone payments.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients are granted specific usage rights as outlined in their project contract. ntsm.mov retains the right to use the final products, code, and media for promotional purposes and portfolio display unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is signed.
5. Revisions and Modifications
Projects include a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or significant changes in project scope beyond the original agreement may incur additional hourly rates or flat fees.
6. Limitation of Liability
ntsm.mov shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
